Endoh’s Dungeon

Mike, my armourer friend with Australian Army, gave me the nickname “Corporal Punishment” not without a good reason. If I had to melt out very nasty punishment, I would do so without even battling an eyelid. He too, gives hell to whoever mishandle or caught fooling around with dangerous stuffs. Some foolish things can really cost you your life.

Certainly so for my dog, when he persistently attempted to dash out to the road when I brought him to a new spot for his daily walk. For the entire 200 metres of the stretch of the carpark, he just can’t seemed to keep his paws on the pavement. Time after time, he walks roughly 5 metres before he turn to his left and out onto the road he goes.

I wondered what’s wrong with him. Maybe he is curious about the new stretch we were at, but still not a desirable behaviour from him either. Whenever my parents take him out for walks, they don’t really scream at him and let him roam wherever he wants. Is that freedom making him defiant? Maybe too.

Whatever it is, I think I have left my cane untouched for quite a while. I passed specific instructions to my family that nobody will bring him for walks for the next two weeks, except ME. At this rate my dog is “deteriorating”, I think it’s best to put him through his dreaded “Hell Week” training again. Cane… E-collar… Gentle Leader… that’s seriously a lot of restrictions.

But that’s still far better than getting over by a car, isn’t it?
