Super Telemarathon Charity Event 2007

The Supertelethon Charity Event 2007 has officially started since 3am this morning. Perhaps some of us have forgotten so this might be helpful as a reminder post to do our small part in making dreams come true for needy and sick children.
Over this week, we have lost another wonderful person - Dame Anita Roddick - founder of The Body Shop and also Children On The Edge (COTE). That simply means we have also lost one person who could truly do something for needy children.
However, Kloudiia’s fiance - Stuart Tan - has already started his 36 hours of non-stop tele-interviews with his guest speakers. All these are done in the hope of raising funds for Make A Wish Foundation (Singapore). Not only are you able to tune in to successful internet marketers and garner more knowledge, the best part of this event is to help grant wishes to sick children. Battling with illnesses at a young age is extremely unfortunate. We will never know when it’s too late to grant them a small wish.
I have donated, even though I am not a keen reader into internet marketing. My work just doesn’t revolves around that, but in exhibition halls and stages. Having said that, it still wouldn’t stop me from contributing a small part to make the children happy. All it takes is a donation of USD$10/- HERE, which rounds off to about SGD$15/-. (Payment through PayPal)
What’s SGD$15/- to me anyway? Either I get myself a fresh pack of ciggs, a taxi ride since I stay far from town or probably try dating a girl and buy her coffee. Take away all these, this is probably the most meaningful SGD$15/- I have spent this week.
