Endoh’s Dungeon

Recently, alot of friends have been in some sort of difficult times. From relationship issues to sickness, we just can’t seem to run away from all these isn’t it?

Elder Leonard mentioned something about initiating more conversations with God that day. In a way, how true? We often look to Him only when we are desperately in need of help but we somehow fall short of praising Him, or worshipping Him. No doubt His voice is really really soft and it’s hard to even hear Him at times, but His sons and daughters know He’s there… all the while.

I found a good chance to do so again, to seek His help since the sermon yesterday was about health. The last time I did massive prayer for blessings was in Feb. Pris wasn’t there due to a bad bout of flu, and she still had to bring her son Issac for Hi5 concert. Talk about motherly love. Janice’s brother had also recently gone through an important surgery for cancer.

Oh, one of our bloggers Paced, is a cancer survivor too. She was recently featured on newspaper and definitely her strength is something admirable. An ex-colleague is battling with leukemia, and my uncle himself is a survivor of Colon Cancer. There are so many cancer patients overcoming their illness no matter how tough, I am praying that Janice sees the same too.

Nevertheless, here are those whom I prayed for… not restricted to illnesses.

1. Janice & her family - Her brother just went through major cancer operation and her entire family is worried and anxious.

Dear Lord, I pray in thy light, that Janice’s brother shall be healed by thee.
I pray upon thy willingness to heal, and fill his life with thy loving protection.
I pray upon thy holy spirit, to give strength to her family with thy holy powers.
In Jesus name, I pray, Amen!

2. Pris - She’s struck with a terrible spell of flu.

Dear Lord, I pray in thy light, that Pris shall also be healed by thee.
I pray upon thy willingness to heal, and shower her with thy blessings.
I pray upon thy holy spirit, to remove her from the plague of illness.
In Jesus name, I pray, Amen!

3. Sis Ling - Still struck with vasamotor rhinitis, needing strength and endurance to commence recording for her album.

Dear Lord, I pray in thy light, that Ling will be healed by thee.
I pray upon thy holy spirit, to heal thy faithful with thy holy powers.
I pray upon thy strength, to aid her in her dreams.
In Jesus name, I pray, Amen!

4. Jean - Stuck out there with her kittens.

Dear Lord, I pray in thy light, that Jean’s path shall be eased.
I pray upon thy holy spirit, that her obstacles shalt be lessened.
I pray upon thy richness, and fill her heart with thy light once again.
In Jesus name, I pray, Amen!

5. Stanley - Terribly caught between a career switch, and can’t make up his mind.

Dear Lord, I pray in thy light, that thy wisdom shalt be bestowed on Stan.
I pray upon thy righteousness, that he shalt see the light in his tunnel.
I pray upon thy wisdom, that he shalt make his correct decision.
